30 min sessions are recommended, but you can use them as hour sessions if preferred

Small Group Training (3-6 people - price is per person):
8 x 30 min sessions or 4 x 1 hour – $140
16 x 30 min sessions or 8 x 1 hour – $240

Partner Training (2 people - price is per person):
8 x 30 min sessions or 4 x 1 hour – $180
16 x 30 min sessions or 8 x 1 hour – $320

One-on-One Training:
2 x 30 min sessions or 1 hour - $75
8 x 30 min sessions or 4 x 1 hour – $280
16 x 30 min sessions or 8 x 1 hour – $520

 

Triathlon Training

Train for your first triathlon, an Ironman or work towards getting a personal best with one of our experienced triathlon coaches.  As a tri club, we will pick a "do your first triathlon" training program, along with an Olympic Distance and/or half ironman program in the spring.  We will have stroke clinics, transition clinics, Q&A sessions, group rides, open water swim workouts and much more.  If you are interested in hiring a one-on-one coach or joining our triathlon club (free to all members), just contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.Click here for more information about the club.  Click here to join the tri club.  If you are interested in a customized 8-20 week training program geared towards a specific race, let us know.  We will customize a day-to-day plan that fits into YOUR SCHEDULE; not a plan that you have to adjust.  You also have access to your coach throughout your training program for feedback and plan adjustments.  Plan pricing is as follows:

8-Week Sprint Program:  $75
12-Week Olympic Program:  $150
16-Week Half-Ironman Program:  $300 (break-up into 2 payments if desired)
20-Week Ironman Plan:  $500 (break up into 2-4 payments if desired)

Phsyical Therapist, Dr. Willem Stegeman, PT, DPT, MTC,CEAS, will be available for a free consulation and possibly some on-site treatments.  Please call (813.279.5122) or stop by the Cheval Athletic Club front desk to schedule an appointment.  Here is a little more information about your Physical Therapist:

Willem has been practicing Physical Therapy for over 20 years in the US, Netherlands and Germany. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nijmegen, The Netherlands, and a Doctorate from the University of St. Augustine. He has taught multiple courses in Physical Therapy in Florida and is certified in Manual Therapy through the University of St. Augustine. Willem has practiced in several settings such as the Dutch military, the Dutch National Sports Centre Papendal (treating professional athletes), and in long term care rehab, home health, hospital inpatient settings and in private practice. He specializes in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation with a strong interest in spinal rehabilitation. He has completed several marathons and half-marathons, and is an avid tennis player.
